What is your role within REP?

I am the Service Manager for West Yorkshire, I manage the Leeds and Bradford employment advisor team.

Why did you choose to be part of the REP team?

REP is something that is very important to me. I feel no matter what background people come from everyone, deserves support and a chance to achieve their goals. I have huge amount of respect for refugees who travel to Britain and what they have had to go through to get here. REP can be a positive stepping stone for the refugees to integrate and help them live comfortably within the UK. We have a great team in West Yorkshire who all bring something different to help and support the refugees.

What is your favourite part of working on the REP programme?

Seeing how grateful the refugees are from the support the West Yorkshire team provide them with.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I enjoy spending time with my family and watching my kids doing their activities. I enjoy training and love my food!
