I oversee the REP contract including the supply chain!

What is your role within REP?

I was working on another one of The Growth Company's schemes, Restart, and felt the REP contract would be an exciting challenge. I love the implementation phase of a contract and the opportunity to work with some experienced and passionate colleagues.

What is your favourite part of working on the REP programme?

My favourite part of REP is hearing about the positive impact our team have had on a refugees life and well being, whether it's employment, ESOL or integration related and helping them to feel part of the community.

What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

I love to cook, my favourite meal to cook being a good curry!
